All orders are packaged discreetly in a plain box or envelope. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday only. Most orders are shipped within 48 hours of being placed. If you order an item that is not in stock and was overlooked by our staff you will be refunded immediately.
Please Note: “BUSINESS” days are considered by UPS to be Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. International Orders (outside U.S.A.) Orders shipped to destinations outside of the U.S. will be shipped via Parcel Post Airmail, or by UPS International service. Delivery takes 7-10 business days.

We use UPS and USPS as our primary shipping carriers. UPS does not deliver to PO, APO, FPO boxes. If you list a PO, APO, FPO as your delivery address we will ship via USPS Priority Mail.

How long does it take to receive an order? Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days within the U.S. Express shipping options are available. International orders take 7-10 business days for delivery.
Can I cancel or make a change to my order? Orders are processed and routed to distribution facilities very quickly. Because of the high volume and speed orders are processed, it is almost impossible to stop or change an order after it has been submitted.
Do you accept C.O.D. payments? No. All orders must be paid for before they are shipped.
How much does shipping cost? Shipping charges are based on the weight of your order, destination, and shipping method selected. Charges are calculated on-line after you enter your shipping address.
